Canine Annual

Exam

■ 1 year Rabies vaccine

■ 1 year Distemper/Parvo/Lepto

vaccine

■ 1 year Bordetella vaccine

■ Annual heartworm test

Feline Annual

Exam

■ 1 year Rabies vaccine

■ 1 year FVRCP vaccine

■ 1 year Leukemia vaccine

■ Annual FIV/FeLV test

■ Annual fecal exam

Puppy Visits

There are a total of 4 puppy visits required for full vaccination.

Each visit should be scheduled

starting at 5 weeks of age, and

3 weeks between each visit.

Kitten Visits

There are a total of 3 kitten

visits required for full vaccination.

Each visit should be scheduled starting at 6 weeks of age, and 3 weeks between each visit.
